Sweetwater completed construction of this 5-story structure, with 4 stories of residential units above a single level on-grade parking garage for a total of 72 apartments. There are a mix of studio, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR unit types. Two elevators service the building. The residential space contains resident amenity spaces, including an entrance lobby, package and mail room, a fitness room, a leasing office and restrooms, an elevator lobby, and both stair and ramp connections to the underground parking garage. An elevated roof terrace was also created.

With Somerville's commitment to revitalization and redevelopment as a Transit Village, Sweetwater finished construction of this 5-story, 60,000 square-foot luxury residential development. The wood-framed structure, with cementatious and metal siding exterior, contains 60 one and two bedroom units with lobby, club room, center courtyard, fitness area, indoor dog spa, and storage units. An under-building 2-story parking garage contains 68 parking spaces.

In step with Somerville's commitment to revitalization and redevelopment, as a Transit Village, this new 4-story, 175,000 square-foot residential development, the Cobalt, contains studio, one and two-bedroom apartments in the downtown section. The wood-framed structure, with cementatious and metal siding exterior, has 117 units with lobby, clubroom, courtyard, and fitness area. An attached 2-story parking garage holds 109 parking spaces. The project, within walking distance to the train, included a complete site development plan.

DESCRIPTION: New rental community consisting of five separate buildings, constructed in phases, with 338 units, totaling 428,000 square feet of living space. The main building, called The Manor, contains 154 units with amenities that include fitness/yoga, party room, dog wash, golf simulator, and an outdoor pool, fireplace, grilling areas and more. 128,000 square feet of adjacent community retail was renovated and an extensive sitework package was included.

DESCRIPTION: Sweetwater has completed the construction of this residential development containing 3-story townhome-style apartments. The 31,000 square-foot wood-framed structures, with vinyl and stone exteriors, were built in 6 phases for a total of 450 units. The community also contains a resort-style clubhouse with pool, patio bbq and fire pit, theater and fitness area.
The project included a complete site development plan for the partial wooded, partial farm field parcel.

Sweetwater is making great progress on this 220-unit luxury apartment complex in Somerset County for Canoe Brook Development. The 4-story buildings of residential one, two and three-bedroom apartment units feature indoor amenities, fitness center and leasing office, as well as outdoor landscape and pool courtyards with a 4-story, 191-space pre-cast parking deck.
