ARCHITECT: EYP Architecture & Engineering, P.C. - New York, NY
Sweetwater completed a multi-phased, renovation and expansion project within the occupied Edison Science Building. The first phase was comprised of converting physics and chemistry areas into a functional learning center. The renovation resulted in a new physics lab with twenty workstations, fume hoods, casework, lab benches, a new facility research lab, new classrooms and professor offices and upgrades to the existing toilet rooms. MEP systems were replaced, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lab gases, tele/data and fire protection systems. The lab areas were finished with phenolic resin, epoxy and stainless steel surfaces, and a start-of-the-art A/V system was installed.

ARCHITECT: DMR Architecture - Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Sweetwater completed construction of a new 20,000 square-foot, 2-story building on campus. The structure was funded by Alumnus and Trustee Steven J. Pozycki and houses activities of the real estate education program. A 3,500 square-foot lecture hall, with seating for 180, highlights the first floor. It was constructed with STC doors and double drywall for sound-proofing. A lobby, offices, administration suite, toilet rooms and lounge surround the auditorium.

DESIGN TEAM: studiohiller - Princeton, NJ
Sweetwater completed Phase 2 of this transformation of a former Fort Monmouth parcel. An existing building has already been renovated by Sweetwater to accommodate the preparatory girl’s high school new location. Phase 2 of the master plan constructed a 20,000 square-foot, 2-story addition with vestibule and canopy. Included in the space is a reception area, offices, multi-purpose, classrooms, and a chapel.

ARCHITECT: The Aztec Corporation - Iselin, NJ
Sweetwater completed this 21,000 square-foot, second phase of enhancements for this education client. Scope included the creation of a reception and interview area, open office space in administrative areas, and enhancements to the main reception desk. The hallways were also updated with paint, decorative lighting, and flat screen TV/monitors set into the walls. The cafeteria and lounge area were renovated as well.

ARCHITECT: IA Interior Architects - New York, NY
This first floor, 22,800 square-foot, phased tenant renovation includes reception, administration and faculty offices, meeting rooms, 5 lecture and 2 vocational classrooms with laboratory glove boxes. All 14 hospital mockup areas contain authentic medical gas headwall services. Other support areas include compressor, server, mail, and break rooms. The SimCare Center contains its own reception with simulated patient labs connected to viewing areas for nursing observation, briefing rooms, prep room and lab storage.

Sweetwater completed this 32,000 square-foot corporate training center to include 4 large training rooms, a large conference area, 4 small conference rooms, large café, office area, restrooms and lobby. Notable features are the garden reflection area, multiple key card entries, and architectural ceiling lighting. Scope included demolition, specialty finishes, ceramic, bamboo flooring, partitions, window treatments and MEPS.
