The wood-framed structure, with cementatious and metal siding exteriors, has 117 units with lobby, club room, courtyard, and fitness area. An attached 2-story parking garage holds 109 parking spaces. The project, within walking distance to the train, included a complete site development plan. Sweetwater has completed two development projects for this client.
