Sweetwater Safety Training -Project Managers and Superintendents complete Struck-by and subcontractor management training through the Zurich Risk Engineering. This is the fourth Zurich Engineering seminar Sweetwater personnel have attended in the past year. Topics discussed were the necessity of pre-planning with subcontractors and enforcement oft he safety plan. Previous topics have included “Focus Four,” Scaffold Training and Awareness, and ICRA Awareness. Sweetwater works regularly with Zurich to improve quality and risk management.
