Major Demolition Project for Sweetwater Neighbor
Some of the most rewarding progress happens before new construction even begins. Here are a few snapshots showing the quick progression of one of our recent demolition projects in Cranbury, NJ. Removal of 35,000 square-foot former lab building to make way for new office construction.

Exciting things are happening in downtown New Brunswick!
Sweetwater VPs Brett Wernersbach and David Johnson had a great time attending the ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the vision for this new downtown art gallery, The Trust. The enthusiasm surrounding the project made it clear this will become a meaningful space for the community and another great addition to the city’s continued growth.
We’re proud to once again partner with Weiss Properties. Their team brings creativity, passion, and a genuine commitment to every project in which they endeavor. Team Sweetwater is looking forward to making their vision a reality!!

Our Team over in Delran, NJ at the Alina Apartments site was highlighted on Linkedin by the project owner! This recognition was well-deserved, with barely a blip in progress despite 22 inches of snow blanketing the site. Read more by clicking the Linkedin post.

Impressive Design Brought to Life by Our Interiors Team!
Sweetwater’s Interiors Group has completed another stunning renovation for Taiho Oncology, Inc. at Princeton’s Carnegie Center. This immersive conference and collaboration center’s visual appeal comes from a colorful and texture-rich design of form, finishes, and lighting. Automated systems, sound masking and folding partitions add a lot of function options for hoteling, meetings, and events. Congrats to our team, including D2 Groups, subcontractors and vendors. Great News! Hannah Witt Promoted to Project Manager
I am pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Witt to the position of Project Manager in our Interior Construction division. Ms. Witt joined Sweetwater in September 2021, soon after earning a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She started in the Marketing & Business Development department, while also supporting client proposal development. She then moved into Operations as a Project Administrator where she was effective in assisting the Executive Vice President of Interiors. Since joining the company, Hannah has embraced the Sweetwater core values of team, integrity, pride, and strength and has evolved into an adept construction professional.
In her recent role as Project Engineer, Hannah played a vital role in completing projects successfully, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As Project Manager, Hannah will lead project management activities, collaborating with the entire construction team to bring successful outcomes to our clients and A/E stakeholders.
She possesses strong organization skills, is a versatile and adaptable leader, and has great rapport with subcontractors, clients, and fellow employees. These skillsets will ensure Hannah is a successful Project Manager and an integral Sweetwater team member as her career evolves. Construction project management historically has been a male dominated field. While some may consider this a challenge for a female professional, she sees it as an opportunity to succeed, thrive, and enhance Sweetwater’s success through her innovation and leadership.
Please join me in congratulating Hannah Witt on this remarkable achievement. I am proud of her work ethic, dedication, and loyalty and confident she will excel in her new capacities. We look forward to seeing her continued impact on Sweetwater in the coming years! Congratulations Hannah!!
